''My name is Nora, and I started working at Dutchview in January 2022. After moving from Hungary to the Netherlands in 2020, I became interested in UX design. I took a course and completed an internship at another company, but I wanted something more permanent where I could continue to grow and refine my skills. When I discovered Dutchview, I was immediately drawn to it. I had always preferred working in smaller organisations, and Dutchview's products really caught my attention. It turned out to be a great decision—2.5 years later, I still feel very fortunate to be part of this team.

What attracted me most to Dutchview was its size and the fact that it offers two distinct products. Since I was looking for a UX role, I wanted to find a company with an interesting and challenging profile. I knew from past experience that I thrived in smaller companies, where you can really get to know everyone, and collaboration is often more dynamic. Dutchview seemed like the perfect fit, offering varied services and plenty of room for growth.

The work culture at Dutchview is incredibly open. The company gives its employees a lot of freedom, allowing each person to define their own path and goals. Everyone's voice is heard, and I particularly enjoy the strong collaboration between different teams. There's a strong sense of motivation throughout the company, making it a truly rewarding place to work.

One of my most memorable experiences at Dutchview was a trip to our Bangalore office within my first six months here. I work closely with our development team in India, so meeting them in person and learning more about their culture was invaluable both professionally and personally.

During my time at Dutchview, I've gained several key skills that will benefit me in my future career, including teamwork and collaboration, creative problem-solving, and the ability to think outside the box.''
